Details
Clinic Policy
Patients must show their health cards at each and every visit. A fee of $25 will be charged for a visit without a valid
and up to date card. Cards can be updated at the Tom Davies Square on the 8th floor.
Narcotic Policy
The clinic will not prescribe or renew prescriptions for narcotics, including Oxycocet, Oxycodone, Percocet, Dilaudid,
Talwin, Leritine, Fiorinol or Tylenol #3's
